Note: For bag and shoe product lines, return conditions are made within 30 days from the date of receipt and the goods are guaranteed to retain the product labels.

I have purchased an item and I am not satisfied, can I return it?

When purchasing, if you are not satisfied with the product, please let The Swan know, we will immediately exchange the product for the customer.

I have chosen the COD payment method, but when the goods arrive, is it okay if I don't want to pick them up?

The swan is ready to return the goods and looks forward to receiving feedback from you.

How do I pay for door-to-door delivery?

Customers will receive 100% free domestic shipping for orders worth over 300,000 VND.

Can I exchange for a new product or get a refund?

When the goods meet the exchange/return conditions, the customer will be returned and refunded in case of return or exchange of goods of lower value.

If I do not bring the invoice and product information sheet to return, can I still return it?

In case the customer does not have an invoice or product information sheet, Mode can still flexibly exchange or return the product via the phone number the customer provided at the time of purchase.
