Included Services

· Green Fee
· Cart Fee (1 cart per 2 person)
→ Single cart fee of 5000,000 VND will be charged if you use one cart per person.
→ No surcharge for groups of 3
· Caddy Fee (1 caddy per 1 person)
→ Vietnamese golf courses typically use one caddy per person, but during peak season (December~March) or during tournament and event periods, two people may be assigned to one caddy. No refunds will be given.

Non-included Services

· Caddy Tip
→ there is a caddy tip separately from caddy fee.
→ The standard tip is $15-$20 per player and should be given in cash to the caddie.

Change/Cancel/Refund

Cancellations made before the 31st day of the check-in date: Full refund available.
Cancellations made within 0–30 days of the check-in date: No refund available.
Note: After booking, confirmation will be provided without a separate confirmation call, and the reservation will be finalized immediately.
If cancellation occurs due to local supplier issues, we will inform you and process a full refund.

Please check prior to round

※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.

*Golf Course Essential Information
※ If there is no available tee time, the tee time for that day is closed, but if you contact us through 1:1 chat, we will check for available tee times for additional reservations.
※ This golf course can only be booked for groups of 3 or more on weekends and holidays
※ 2-player only play is not guaranteed, you may join other players.
※ If you use a single cart, an additional cart fee will be charged on golf course.
※ Due to the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, tee time may be delayed without prior notice, and refunds and cancellations are not possible.
※ According to local government policies, the reserved date may be designated as a public holiday (temporary or national). In such cases, even after the reservation is confirmed, the original rate may not apply, and you may need to make an additional payment at the increased rate.
